A conversation, not a professional relationship.

These terms describe the service, its boundaries, and the agreement made when a conversation is booked.

The service

Nope, It’s Human provides a scheduled peer-listening phone call for adults 18 and older. It is not therapy, healthcare, crisis support, coaching, legal advice, financial advice, employment advice, or any other licensed professional service. No diagnosis, treatment, outcome, or continuing relationship is promised.

Your responsibility

You decide what to discuss and remain responsible for your actions and decisions. Do not disclose source code, passwords, access credentials, trade secrets, classified information, regulated personal data, or information you are not authorized to share. The service does not create attorney-client, therapist-client, doctor-patient, fiduciary, or other legally privileged relationships.

Booking and payment

A single conversation costs $245 for 25 minutes. The optional continuity arrangement costs $900 for four conversations across one month. Availability is not guaranteed until booking and payment are complete. Cal.com manages scheduling and Stripe processes payment.

Cancellations, refunds, and fit

The Cancellation and Refund Policy is part of these terms. In brief, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled call for a refund. During a first call, you may end the conversation within its first five minutes if it does not feel like a fit and receive a full refund.

Confidentiality and safety

The call is not recorded, transcribed, or turned into session notes. Confidentiality is not absolute. Review the Confidentiality Statement before booking. If you are in immediate danger or may harm yourself or another person, contact local emergency services. In the U.S. or Canada, call or text 988.

Availability and changes

The service may refuse, reschedule, or end a call when necessary for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service integrity. If Nope, It’s Human cancels and does not provide a replacement time acceptable to you, the affected payment will be refunded.

Limits

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee of a particular result. Nope, It’s Human is not responsible for decisions made after a call or for indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the service.
